Are you wanting to start a faith-based group practice? Do you struggle to effectively market yourself in your solo practice?
Well, you are in the right place!
This Mastermind is designed to help practitioners go from a solo to a group practice with at least their first clinician hired by the end of the 6 month group.
This Mastermind is for practitioners that want to grow their already-established, solo faith-based practice.
Hi, I’m Whitney Owens.
I am a licensed professional counselor and own a growing group practice in Savannah, Georgia. Along with a wealth of experience managing a practice, I have an extensive history working in a variety of clinical and religious settings, allowing me to specialize in consulting for faith-based practices and those wanting to connect with religious organizations.

"Whitney is such an experienced clinician and group practice business owner who is a fellow believer in Christ. These were the 3 most important areas of my professional life and all in one. She does a wonderful job facilitating the group by asking the right questions so we as business owners learn what we need to know about ourselves and identify the barriers to our goals, create clear steps to overcoming those barriers and be able to move forward through accountability within the group. There were times we learned we didn't really want what we thought we wanted and it was wise to either stay the course or change the course. Being in private practice can be very isolating, as well as many therapists do not understand how to be efficient and effective business owners in order to help as many people as possible. The ability to have this community of like-minded people who are relatively in the same stage of business is invaluable to our growth as business owners. While my first Mastermind with Whitney has ended, I have enrolled in the next group to ensure I continue growing my practice well given all the uncertainty we face in this time."

"When I started the process toward building a group practice, I was pretty lost on next steps. What I got from Whitney wasn’t just industry knowledge, but true coaching on taking action - guidance that mixed truth with grace."

"Working with Whitney was a joy. I found her to be very direct (which I need), and affirming all at the same time. As a person who was in the very beginning stage of launching private practice, all of the tools, suggestions, and insights Whitney shared were so valuable. I was so nervous and unsure of myself, but Whitney was able to walk me through all of it, and made herself available to answer questions, and point me towards resources that would get me right to the place I needed to be. Thank you so much for your hard work, your professionalism, your compassion, your continent to helping my new practice get off of the ground, and your passion for the work."

"My experience with Whitney in the Mastermind Group was career changing! Through the support and guidance of the group, I was able to transition from a solo practice to a group practice of two new therapists and an intake specialist, all in just six months! Whitney provided expert advice and encouragement in helping me grow my practice to a new level I only dreamed of achieving! The consultation of the group members was also vital in giving me the needed support in each step of growth. I am so thankful for the experiences in the Mastermind Group! Career-changing and life-changing!"
